The house contains a total of 115 lovely square meters divided into 4 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 1 bunk bed, 1 single bed and a sleeping space on the sofa bed. A total of space for 5 people.



In addition, the house has a nice large kitchen family room with a lovely equipped kitchen, a nice dining area and a cozy sofa area. There is a wood-burning stove to cozy up to on the chilly days. There are also 2 larger bathrooms, one of which has a changing table.



The big bonus is the 20m2 large annex - separate building with large bedroom, kitchenette and own bath and toilet. Here, there is also an office workspace for remote workers with a height-adjustable desk and office chair - fantastic WIFI.



All buildings have air conditioning/heaters. The main building has underfloor heating.



From the house there is only 900m to the lovely child-friendly beach and only 2 km to shops.



Udsholt is centrally located in relation to nature and attractions in North Zealand. The nearest slightly larger towns are Helsinge and Gilleleje, but towns such as Hillerød and Helsingør are also half an hour away by car.
