Additional rules
Please don’t smoke in our apartment or in the communal areas of the building. It’s not in allowed by UK law, and it affects our neighbors. Unfortunately if we do discover there has been smoking in the apartment, there will be fine of £1000. If you smoke outside, please don't smoke directly outside the building, please make sure to smoke a few metres away, on the corner with Fullers House - this is to stop smoke from coming inside the building. Please also make sure to dispose of your cigarettes properly when they are finished.

By asking us to come and open the door for any reason such as forgetting keys inside apartment and not being able to use appropriately key would cost £200 in respect of our time and resources.
