Our guest hous/vacation rentals home is located 300 metre approx 5 min walk to beach ,water sports , Restaurants Shop ping centre, it is quite safe area with lot of restaurants pubs and excess to popular entertainment centre
Our rooms are designed with Portuguese Artitecture Design doors and balconies and it is family run business with hospitality experience.
so do our best to provide affordable exceptional service to our guests beyond their expectations.
Our Rooms are spacious and private with Attached bathroom which consists of western style WC commord,24 hrs cold n hot water ,shower, and all essential.
Bedroom are private n attached to the apartment with split A/C, flat screen tv satelite dish connection,cupboard, chestdrawer ceilings fan ,large french balcony n door.
Wifi internet broad band with 300 Mbps speed n unlimited data for people who like to work from he ere is available,
Power backup for upto 6 hrs only for fan,lights,wifi,and emergency socket
Maid service is for short time and with guest permission n presence service includes cleaning, mopping, washing bathroom, bedroom n other general cleaning but kitchen utensils cleaning not included but can be done on request with minimum charge kindly discuss with the maid
personal laundry washing is available for minimum charge
iron is available on request kindly let us know on arrival

Breakfast is available charges are 100 rupees per person kindly let us know previous night as we make fresh

Guests have freedom to enter in out any time of the stay , entrance gate is open no restriction,there is open terrace available for seating with table n chair anytime
