Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom home located just off the promenade, offering the perfect base for your next coastal getaway. With plenty of room for up to 8 guests, our fully furnished and well-equipped home is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy all that this beautiful area has to offer.

Inside you will find, 4 lovely BR and 2 bathrooms, with also access to a fully equipped for both long and short term rentals.

We take pride in providing a clean and comfortable home.

Kitchen| Fully equipped, oven, fridge and anything our guests requires to have a good meal and enjoy with their family. Kitchen comes with a beautiful island.

Living| Amazing living space, with sofa and a well sized TV; this is a truly beautiful place to be together with being just off Sliema Promenade it truly cant get better.

Also included is a terrace with outdoor furniture.

Bedrooms| 4 Bedrooms, 3 with 2 singles and another with 1 double bed.

Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms with a shower in 1 and a bath in another.

Linens| All linens are included in the cleaning fee, with 2 towels each per person. All linens are of the highest grade quality as we believe in a very good night sleep.

24/7 Access all the amenities of the apartment.

Our 4-bedroom home is situated in a prime location just off the promenade, in a quiet residential area that`s perfect for families or groups of friends. You`ll find plenty of amenities nearby, including grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants, all within easy walking distance.

The promenade itself is just a stone`s throw away, where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the beach and take in the stunning coastal views. The area is also known for its many outdoor activities, such as cycling, surfing, and kayaking, which can all be easily arranged through local providers.

If you`re looking to explore further afield, there are plenty of nearby attractions to visit, such as museums, galleries, and historic landmarks. The city center is just a short drive or bus ride away, where you`ll find even more shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Overall, our neighbourhood offers the perfect combination of coastal charm and convenience, making it an ideal base for your next vacation. We can`t wait to welcome you to our home and show you all that this wonderful area has to offer!

Being a popular tourist destination, so there are plenty of transportation options to help you get around. Here are some ways to get around in Sliema:

Walking: Sliema is a small town, so walking is an excellent way to explore the area. Most of the streets in Sliema are pedestrian-friendly, making it easy to walk from one place to another.

Public transport: The local public transport system in Malta is called the Malta Public Transport (MPT). MPT operates buses that run through Sliema and connect to other parts of Malta. You can purchase a Tallinja card or use the MPT app to buy tickets.

Taxis: Taxis are available in Sliema, and you can easily find them parked in designated taxi stands around the town. Taxis in Malta are metered, and it is always advisable to confirm the fare before starting your journey.

Rent a bike: If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike rental shops in Sliema. This is a great way to explore the town at your own pace and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Ferries: Sliema is a coastal town, and you can take ferries to other parts of Malta from the Sliema Ferry Terminal. There are regular ferries to Valletta, the capital city of Malta, and other neighbouring towns.

No matter what mode of transportation you choose, Sliema is a relatively easy town to navigate, and you should have no trouble getting around.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
