We arrived at the property without issue. Inside the building the door was difficult to navigate as there were piles of wood stacked up in the hall. On entering the property behind the first door we found a mouldy mat outside of the shower which had made the whole property smell. The second door was to the kitchen which had a dead mouse in the middle of the floor. It had clearly been there for some time. We decided not to investigate the flat anymore at that point and did not stay

Hi
Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience.
This is absolutely not the standard we aim to provide, and I completely understand how upsetting it must have been to arrive and find the property in such a state. I’ve flagged this immediately with our cleaning and maintenance teams, and we’re investigating how this was missed prior to your arrival.
We take cleanliness and guest safety extremely seriously, and it’s clear we fell short in this instance. Please accept our sincere apologies—we’ll be taking all necessary steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
If you haven’t already, please do reach out to us directly so we can make this right for you.
Best regards
