The ground floor consists of a large living room with smart tv, a porch terrace with views, a fully-equipped kitchen with interior and exterior dining areas, a toilet, a second living room with sofa andsmart tv, the master bedroom with a full private bathroom with bathtub and direct access to the porch terrace, and two other double bedrooms with twin beds that share a second full bathroom with shower.
The exterior of the villa has a swimming pool with sun lounges, several sun terraces with views, and a covered porch terrace with bbq, kitchen and outdoor seating and dining areas. There is a private covered parking space for one vehicle at the door of the house.
There is high-speed WIFI and air conditioning throughout the house. The area is residential and very quiet, but also at a walking distance from the shopping and restaurant areas. It is about 1 km from the Mspalomas Beach and Meloneras Boulevard. Access to the highway is 300 meters away and the airport is 30 minutes away.
