Villa Katoikia Dio is a contemporary 2 bedroom property perched above Lourdas Bay. Set all on one level, its elevated location affords spectacular sea and mountain views. The open plan design and high ceilings give a light and spacious feel, with a premium finish throughout. The resort of Lourdas with its beautiful beach, selection of mini markets, bars and restaurants is less than a 10 minute drive away. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and living area are included.

Villa Katoikia Dio is situated in former olive groves in the area of Simotata above Lourdas Bay. Nestled below the magnificent Mount Ainos, the elevated position affords amazing sea and mountain views. It’s a 5 minute drive down to the village of Vlahata with its bakery, mini market and cafe. A little further down is the resort of Lourdas with its beautiful pebble and sand beach, a good selection of tavernas, bars and mini markets. It’s the perfect location to enjoy the beauty of the island with everything you need nearby.
