On the ground floor, the living room is furnished with 1 double sofabed, a television, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player, and opens directly onto the terrace. A first bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed (160 cm) and benefits from its own bathroom with a double hand-basin, as well as direct access to the garden. A second bedroom also features 1 french bed and is served by a shower room with a double hand-basin. The dining area includes a dining table and connects to a fully open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. 2 separate WCs are available on this level, one of which is accessible only from the outside. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are each furnished with 2 beds and feature their own shower, along with a separate WC serving this floor.
