Apartment Burle is located in Medulin, in the immediate vicinity of the sea. It is 500 m from the center of Medulin and 100 m from the nearest beach, on the 2nd floor of the building. The 60 m2 apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, comfortable air-conditioned living room with 2 sofa beds for two additional people and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a bedroom with a double bed and access to a large balcony, a bathroom with a shower, and a covered balcony with a seating area and a barbecue. The living room can be separated from the dining room with a newly installed partition wall, creating a separate bedroom for 2 people with access to a shared balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Bed linen, towels, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking are included in the rental price.
