AURA villa is carefully built between two well manicured lawns giving a 360degree green view from all rooms and balconies.

Bedrooms
- The villa has 5 air-conditioned King-Size Bedrooms with En-suite Bathrooms. In Winters, Each room is equipped with Heater.
- Two floor mattresses can be arranged in room depending on the number of the guests.
- Fresh linens and pillows provided in all rooms only ONCE before check-in.
- Plush furniture such as chairs , bed side tables , lamps etc are curated.
- Each bedroom has complete high-speed Wifi access.
- Also amenities like hair dryer , iron , kettle etc are available on request.


Washrooms
- 5 Attached bathrooms with rooms with top of the line modern fittings.
- 1 separate bathroom for outdoor area.
- All washrooms are equipped with water geysers , towels and basic toiletries.
- Theses spaces are neatly finished with 24/7 water supply.

Living Room
- Our living room embodies class and convenience while making you feel comfortable (Wifi access) .
- The space has a seating arrangement for 20 -25 people . Exquisite pieces of art and sculptures are collected and decorated by the host.
- Dining area with dining table that can seat a total of 8 people.

Imagine yourself sitting by the pool , sipping a cocktail , and admiring the sunset as the sky turns from blue to pink & orange. Utter bliss.

This villa is perfect for that much needed break away from the clamour and chaos.
Wake up to the chirping sounds of peacocks & birds and wonder if you’re still dreaming.

As indulgent as the exteriors of the villa can be , spending time inside can be just as magical ; owing to the contemporary luxury furnishings and modern tastefully designed interiors.
The premises create a tranquil environment where unwinding is simple.

- One side of the villa : Balinese style decorated garden with stone Buddha, hanging lights , open gazebo and fountain.
- Outdoor pool area with swing.
- Outdoor well built bar connected with swimming pool.
- Other side of the villa : huge landscaped garden area with badminton net
- Outdoor Wifi access around the Pool Area.
- Car park upto 15-20 cars

Swimming Pool
We clean the pool on everyday basis hence the water is completely Fit to swim at any time.

Pool Rules :
* Jumping in the pool at any end is strictly prohibited ( for safety reasons)
* Parties are permitted in the pool area ,However Only Disposable/ Plastic Glasses are allowed in the Pool Area. Beer bottles or glassware is strictly Prohibited in the Pool Area.
* Kids(unattended) are not allowed to enter our pool area.
* Our guests are Solely and Explicitly Liable for using pool at the their own risk.
* Any Mishap/Accident in the Pool Shall have no Responsibility ,Explicit or Implied on the Host, it’s associates , the owners of the property or any workers at the property.
* Non compliance of swimming pool rules will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate cancellation of booking with no refund.



Hosting Events / Gatherings / Photoshoots

Our Farm villa can be booked for small private celebrations ,birthday parties , family affairs , photoshoot ,corporate events etc upto 50 people , However the quote would be higher in such cases . Same shall be Quoted on Request.


Security -
The farm is fully secured by a boundary and entry gates are only opened by our staff for our guests. Our entry gates close by 11pm for security reasons. 24/7 cctv coverage of the entire area.


Meals & Dining :
- We do not have a cook at the property.
- Several restaurants in the vicinity and delivery services are Swiggy , Zomato also deliver to our place.
- Late night delivery’s (2am) Also available .

- Badminton court / Volley Ball net

- Music System
- Cricket
- Bonfire ( please read charges below )


Bonfire charges -
Rs.1500 per bonfire setup( up to 2 hrs). If required for longer time , additional Rs.1000 will be charged for next 2hrs.

KITCHEN

- Guests have access to the kitchen ONLY for the purpose of reheating food or preparing infant food in the presence of our staff. Elaborate meal preparations are not allowed.
- Outside chef/cooks not allowed.
- The kitchen is well equipped with microwave,gas stove , refrigerator, water purifier and a mixer.
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.


Party Rules

- Narcotics are strictly prohibited.
- Please speak to us at the time of making the booking if you’d want to invite people apart from the ones staying.
- Additional chargers Rs.1500 per visitor with prior intimation.
- ID proof of these visitors would be mandatory and shall be provided in advance.
- The visitors are not allowed to spend the night at the property must leave by 11pm.
- Bringing outdoor help like bartender and servers is not allowed.
- The villa has strict NO SMOKING policy indoors. However one can smoke in outdoor areas.
- At additional charges Shisha(Hookah) is permitted in outdoors at the property but only through our vendor. Same should be requested atleast 2-3 days before the check in date.


HOME TRUTHS

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay; here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later !

- There are cctv cameras all around the house for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage , instantly the inverter can support lights & fans upto 6hrs. We also have Generators that can support all appliances including air conditioning.
- The caretaker and staff stays in the outhouse within the premises.
- Security deposit of Rs.40,000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded at the time of checkout.
- Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additional. Permitted only with prior approval.
- NO Loud music post 10pm as we do not want our neighbours to be upset.
- Strictly NO SMOKING inside the Villa.


Electricity consumption -

We do not want electricity to be Misused by leaving every appliance ON unattended ,As it wastes electricity ( which is already scarce in the country )
And also poses Safety risk due to short -circuiting / over heating of appliances. Please turn on air conditioning and heating when you’re indoor and turn it off when you’re going to be outdoors.
This will help us Save the planet and Stay Green.


Please note :
We have to be punctual with our timings as we need sufficient time to clean , reset and sanitise the space for our next guests. Each guests is important to us , One guests delay will lead to another Guests Experience being compromised .
So we request you to please adhere to the timings. Please do not mind repeated reminders by us starting 45 mins before your check out timer as we understand it takes time to pack.
