Layout
The 420 m2 Villa Reale spreads in 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 12 guests in its 6 en-suite bedrooms. The clean lines and minimalist design of the exterior give way to an interior that is both elegant and inviting. From the sleek and modern kitchens to the luxurious bedrooms, playroom and outdoor area every detail of this villa has been carefully considered and executed with precision. Ground Floor
The spacious living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind, with a 65 TV and a SONY Bluetooth speaker to enhance your entertainment. The fireplace adds a touch of elegance and warmth to the space, while the seating area offers ample room for socializing with friends and family. The open-plan living space is flooded with natural light, thanks to the expansive windows that offer sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. Step outside to the pool area, where you can soak up the sun and take a refreshing dip in the sparkling waters.


The dining area provides a stunning backdrop for enjoying a meal with loved ones, while the fully-equipped kitchen is a chefs dream, complete with state-of-the-art appliances, an island counter, and a wine cooler. It also features an exit to the pool terrace and BBQ facilities, making it easy to move between indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Furthermore, a WC can also be found on this level.


The ground floor also boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, open closet, suitcase stand, vanity and 43 smart TV. More specifically, two of the bedrooms are equipped with 1,60 X 2,00 beds, while the third one features 2 single beds (0,90 X 2,00) that can be joined together upon request. ABEA bathroom amenities, bathrobes and slippers are provided for all guests, as well as linen and pool towels.


Lower Floor
The lower floor of Villa Reale offers a plethora of facilities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The playroom is a perfect spot for kids and adults alike, with an air hockey, 65 smart TV, PS5, board games, and a SONY Bluetooth speaker, all surrounded by a comfortable sofa to lounge on.


For those looking for some relaxation, the eight-seater sauna is a luxurious addition that promises to soothe your senses and leave you feeling rejuvenated. The state-of-the-art gym equipment includes a treadmill, a static bike, a weight lifting machine, and exercise balls that cater to all fitness levels.


In case you need to get some work done, the villa comes complete with an office space that features two PCs and a printer/scanner machine, allowing you to stay connected and productive during your stay. Moreover, a second kitchen with modern appliances and sleek finishes is also available on the lower floor. Finally, an additional WC is conveniently located near the communal areas, and the washer and clothes dryer allow you to pack light and keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay. A safe is also available and you can rest assured that your belongings are safe and secure.

The first floor of this stunning villa features an amazing roof terrace boasts a cozy fire pit surrounded by comfortable seating, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the city views. Finally, three more spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and relaxation. All 3 bedrooms have access to a shared balcony and each one has a seating area for 2, as well as its own en-suite bathroom. In more details the bedrooms have as follows:

Outdoor area
The 2300 m2 exterior of Villa is a veritable oasis, offering many facilities which include:
- A private, heated swimming pool that measures an impressive 95 square meters and is 1.4 meters deep, complete with a shallow compartment for kids, in-pool sunbeds and jacuzzi. The pool can also be heated for the entire stay upon request with an additional daily charge. The pool area is equipped with comfy sunbeds, bean bag loungers, side tables, umbrellas, and a poolside shower, making it the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun.
- The outdoor dining area and shaded pergola are ideal for al fresco dining, while the fully equipped BBQ area and even a pizza oven are perfect for entertaining guests with a lovely homemade meal.
- The lawn covered areas on either side of the pool provide ample space for kids to play, and a dedicated playground is also available. A ping pong table and basketball hoop are also available for added fun!
- For those seeking some inner peace, a shaded yoga area with mats is also available at the garden.
- Ample parking space for 3 cars and an EV charger are also provided inside the villa premises.
- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a private gated entrance.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
