2 Night Stay for Graduation Ceremony

Property was clean and OK but disappointed to find suite only half ready. Only the double bed made, single beds were unmade and had blankets, towels and soap but no sheets or duvet covers for the other 2 persons booked in. No toilet roll and no shelves in the bathroom and minature sink made washing difficult. Multiple emails from service company with lengthy terms and conditions, unclear ID requirement requests and conflicting checkout times did not add to the experience.
