Our Villa with Pool & Views,an independent and relaxing Villa located in Sorrento,is the perfect choice for those wanting to stay in the heart of the Coast and enjoy splendid panoramic views of the bay.The property can accommodate up to 10 guests,4 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, Kitchen/Lounge area,a panoramic swimming pool which takes position out on the terrace,surrounded by a well-kept garden and a patio furnished with table and chairs. Its 4 units are intimate and supplied with high design furniture

The Space

This two floor Villa has 4 bedrooms and each unit is provided with all comforts for a luxurious stay. Each of the rooms is designed to offer guests the highest quality and they all have private access to the outdoor area.

Ground floor and entrance

Once you enter the villa, you can use the private parking in complete privacy.

Accessed from the solarium and swimming pool area, the first unit is located on the ground floor and it benefits from a living area with a quipped open kitchen and breakfast counter, living room with table, chairs and flat-screen TV and a relaxing area.

The bedroom is very bright and equipped with every comfort, high quality bed linen, private bathroom with shower, courtesy kit and towels, free Wi-Fi 24/7.

First floor

On the first floor there are two bedrooms.

The first bedroom is about 45 m² and it has a living area provided of a comfortable sofa and LED TV and a kitchen area with kitchenette, cooking tools and anything else you might need.

From the living room a flight of stairs leads to a small and comfortable mezzanine with a king size bed equipped with high quality bed linen.

Bathroom is large and equipped with a shower, hairdryer and towels.

The second unit is about 55 m², it has a large king size bed equipped with high quality bed linen, en suite bathroom with shower, towels and hairdryer, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi 24/7.

Second floor

On the top floor is located the deluxe suite of about 30 m², it has a small terrace with sea view. The bedroom has a double bed, LED TV, wardrobe and access to the private bathroom with a large shower, towels and hairdryer. The kitchenette has two burners and a small table where you can enjoy your home-made meals.

Guest Access

Our Villa is located in a wonderful and very safe area in Sorrento Coast, Priora. You will have complete private access to the property and there are also no shared areas or common spaces with other guests.
