This marine-style house is located in Sant Elm, in the picturesque town in the southwest of Mallorca, opposite the Dragonera Island. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it has 3 floors and on the top floor an extra room with special views and a terrace to have a wine or coffee in the morning. The location is idyllic with access to the sea and a romantic beach with rocks and clear, clean water. The perfect place to relax and hide from everyday life.
- In this property we are obliged to collect a tax (ecotasa) per stay of €2.20/person/night. It is not applicable to children under 16 years of age.
- Each person in the house must present their passport at check-in.
- at your entrance you have to pay an extra cost of €200 for final cleaning
- The house has electric heating, the use of which carries an extra charge of €20/night

Stunning location in Mallorca...just dreamy. We are already planning our next stay. Everything was perfect. The hosts were incredibly responsive, helpful, even helped us rent a car and had it waiting the airport for us. The location was exceptional. Just a couple of blocks from the bustling town and beach so we walked there easily each morning and evening but we loved the private swimming beach right out of our back door. We cant. Really awesome place, location, and easy to do day trips around the island and come back to beautiful Sant Elm and watch the sunset.

Seemannshaus in Sant Elm, Mallorca

Ein sehr großes und schönes Haus. Es strahlt eine Gemütliche Atmosphäre aus. Die Einrichtung ist nicht luxuriös, aber wenn man etwas Gemütliches sucht, dann ist dieses Haus das Richtige, um sich wohl zu fühlen und zu entspannen. Die Küche ermöglicht auch einmal vor Ort zu kochen. Die Bäder sind sehr gepflegt. Die Lage und die freie Sicht auf das Meer von beiden Terrassen sind einfach traumhaft. Wir können diese Haus einfach nur empfehlen. Wir waren zwar nur zu Zweit dort, aber es sind drei Schlafzimmer vorhanden, die den Besuch mit 6 Personen auf jeden Fall möglich machen.

Mooi huisje op een uitstekende ligging

We verbleven met twee in een huisje dat voorzien is voor zes personen. Voor ons was dit dus zeker ruim genoeg. Of het ook echt geschikt is voor zes volwassen personen leek ons wat minder evident. De locatie is wel prima: aan de voet van de zee, prachtig uitzicht, talrijke restaurants dichtbij, maar toch rustig gelegen. Ideale uitvalsbasis om het heerlijke noordwesten van Mallorca te verkennen. Auto is daarbij wel aangeraden

Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Das Haus ist sehr schön, wie man es in der Beschreibung sieht. Leider gibt es keine Fliegengitter, aber viele Moskitos... Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer,ist also für 6 Personen, die müssen sich allerdings 2 Weingläser teilen, die Ausstattung ist dürftig. Die Dachterasse ist wunderbar.

Lovely, relaxing holiday

Lovely, clean and well equipped house right next to the sea with a little bay at the bottom of some steps that is perfect for snorkelling and possibly seeing an octopus like we did! A short walk from a big selection of lovely restaurants, a few little food shops and a lovely beach. We had a great time.
