Hardwick House is a stylish newly refurbished property situated in the pretty town of Banbury, itself 3 miles from Broughton Castle.
The property, so named due to its location next to the Hardwick Primary School, is a high quality family home with four bedrooms, one full size bathroom and one cloakroom.
The space
ACCOMMODATION:
Downstairs:
- Spacious living area with doors opening to the rear garden; furnished with dining table and dining chairs.
- Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, induction hob, washing machine, microwave, Nescafe coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer.
- One double bedroom situated downstairs.
- Cloakroom with toilet, wash basin.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom one with a double bed
- Bedroom two with a kind bed ( this can be split into two singles, with 48 hours notice)
- Bedroom three with a super king bed ( this can be split into two singles, with 48 hours notice)
- Family bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and washstand
Outside:
- Private garden with seating
Other useful information:
- Wifi available throughout the property
Other things to note
-No Hen or Stag parties allowed.
-Only named guests on the booking are permitted access. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please ensure that we have the name, email and telephone number of the guest.
-Some form of ID may be required on arrival to some of our short stay homes.
-No smoking permitted in the building or in the communal outside areas.
-We kindly request you to leave the home clean and tidy behind you with all waste items removed.
-Please use the general and recycle bins correctly. The bins will not be collected if they are contaminated and a charge may be made.
-No commercial vehicles or minibuses are allowed on the site without prior arrangement.
-No business activity to be carried out in the home.

Both myself and my husband are passionate about hospitality industry for which we have been linked to for more than 10 years, my husband from travelling and living in hotels for long periods of time and myself from working in hotels (from receptionist to General Manager) and property management companies.
