The living areas consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, three Smart TVs and a gas stove-effect fire. The bedrooms, which both have Smart TVs, consist of a second-floor super-king-size with en-suite basin and WC, and a king-size with en-suite bathroom, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is a rear patio with seating, along with off-road parking for one car, with an additional parking permit for one being available on request. Within 0.1 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub, and within 1.3 miles, a lake. Please note, this is a pet-free, non-smoking property. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Enjoy an unforgettable escape to the Lake District when you book a stay at Jessamine Cottage.
