The simply furnished apartment Mauro is ideal for up to five people. It is located on the first floor of the apartment house and consists of a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, 2 single bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with an electric stove, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, kitchen utensils and a dining area for five people. An extra bed for one person is still in the living room. Guests also have a terrace with a seating area overlooking the garden, ideal for a piece of fruit and coffee in the morning, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price. the parking lot is in front of the house. The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday near the beach (only 10 minutes away). The restaurants and bars are only 1 km away from the apartment. Group of young people are not acceptable.
