Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.
A beautiful home in a peaceful and safe surrounding, within walking distance to the famous Burnham beeches walk trail.

Farnham Royal has many old British pubs, golf courses, local Restaurants, and shops. Situated only 10 mins drive away from Windsor Castle or Beaconsfield Town, plus easy access to all major motorways routes to adventure parks or Central London. We are 20 mins away from London Heathrow and 2 local main railway stations.
The space
The Property is a 10 years old modern Bungalow. It has 2 bedrooms, Lounge, stylish new Kitchen (gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher) and utility area and lastly a beautiful outdoor gazebo with outdoor kitchen/ bbq facilities with extensive patio area to enjoy with the family.

On the ground floor there is the first bedroom. It has 1x double bed, Smart 32" Tv, side tables and Chester set draw, a workstation with ergonomic chair, Plus its own walk in wet room style shower ensuite.

The lounge has a stylish modern quirky cosy feel. There are 2 large bifold style tilt and turn windows. A smart 43" tv, and 2 sofa's.

There is a lovely family bathroom on the ground floor, no different from a 4/5 Star hotel experience.

The other bedroom is on the 1st floor. A open plan large bedroom with 1x double bed, plus 2x single beds, as well as a seating area, wardrobes, and a wall hung smart 43" Tv.

You will have full privacy
Guest access
Guests will have access to the gazebo and enjoy the gas fired monster grill bbq should they wish to. There is plenty of outdoor furniture, a basketball ring plus other games for children to enjoy. A large private patio and garden.
Other things to note
No huge parties are to be had on the property during your stay. Only the residents that are checked in are to be allowed, unless agreed otherwise. As mentioned we also live on the property in the house at the front. This is a nice quite neighbour hood.

ON CHECK OUT- Please can all bedding be striped and left in the room and all towels to be left in the family bathroom. Any cutlery must be loaded into the dishwasher and any large pots/pans washed and put to the side.

You'll be provided with black bags for refuse. Please can you throw all your refuse in the black bin outside your entrance door.

Great stay, great host.

Thanks Joti for a pleasant stay. Property was clean and Host was very accommodating showing us round. Use of the BBQ was a great plus!

Amazing spot!

Truly amazing space, incredibly clean and modern with amazing amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in process was seamless as was checking out and the host was extremely fast at responding with any queries.

Short break

4 of us stayed for a friends birthday - went for an afternoon tea at Burnham Beeches hotel which was lovely. Then returned to accommodation for an evening in. The property was really really lovely. Host was great, property was great, location great and overall lovely stay.

Beautiful Property

The property is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. We booked the property for working away and it did not disappoint. The only thing I wish it had was a shower in both bathrooms as me and my work colleague had to share his en suite, first world problems I know. Other than that it was a fantastic place to stay and I will be booking again in the near future.

Christmas break

What an excellent week we had. Cooked our Christmas dinner on the barbecue and ate outside on 2 occasions. The property was warm and cosy with ample room for the 4 adults and a 5 year old. I can't recommend this listing highly enough and Joti was a great host, most helpfull and informative. You should try this property, you won't be disappointed, I promise!

Beautiful & secure outdoor space

This lovely property is perfect for a family. Spacious upstairs bedroom for all the kids and downstairs bedroom with ensuite. Well equipped and our kids particularly loved the games table with retro arcade games. The outside gazebo gives fab covered space and the outdooor kitchen is way more than just a BBQ. Nice safe space for children to play secure from the road.The best part here though is that Joti is so welcoming and helpful and gave us loads of great advice for travelling into London (also lots to do jn the local area - very close to Legoland). If we had longer there were great woods to explore at the back too.

An exceptional retreat close to Windsor

This Farnham Royal property proved to be a wonderful base for our family's final two nights in England. It's a clean modern bungalow, thoroughly equipped with all necessities, both interior and exterior. The host (Joti) is excellent, responding promptly and efficiently to all communications. She was extremely patient with us when we were three and a half hours late for our agreed check-in due to a huge traffic jam on the M5, and our subsequent difficulties finding our way with our Sat-Nav system (inexperience of tech-challenged seniors) - this, despite the fact that it was her son's birthday, and we caused her to miss picking up his cake. We would have loved to stay longer! Roger Moses

designers paradise

Design plus, practicality none. Lovely place, beautiful home but - master bedroom - double bed, no place to hang clothes, lovely washroom great shower but miniature sink, difficult to use water flosser etc. second washroom, tons of space but no shower, second bedroom too sharable with five beds. Well equipped kitchen, bench at table should have a warning not to sit on the end as the whole thing tips.Non-practical extends to the tv room where if you plan to sit with a cup of tea, the only place to rest your cup is on the floor. home is very secure with gated entrance and lots of parking. A few add-ons would give this place a top rating. Joti is a very lovely person.
