We are proud to advertise our beautiful 3 Bedroom Accommodation that’s Luxuriously and Stylishly furnished to your taste and capable of accommodating up to 5 guests.

Situated In The Heart Of Swindon Town Centre and close to shops, malls and the designer outlet, and other interesting places

Perfect place to relax, have fun and quality time with large families, friends, work colleagues, professionals and contractors with the surety of experiencing peaceful stay.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.

We provide Daytime PARKING PERMITS for On-Street Parking for Maximum of 2 vehicles during your stay.

PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED TO SUPPLY IS WITH YOUR VEHICLES REGISTRATION DETAILS TO ISSUE YOU PERMIT. (THIS IS IMPERATIVE)

OVERNIGHT PARKING is Free from 22:00 till 08:00. There are also nearby car parks at your cost should you require to park more cars.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE ONE OF THE FEW THAT CAN OFFER FREE CAR PARKING IN THIS AREA OF THE TOWN CENTRE.

Beanie’s @LornStreet is a stunning house with a beautiful and well set up Living room area that is brilliantly furnished.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary kits and amenities that you would need during your stay, with plenty of dinner ware and silverware enough for 5 guests.

There are 3 double bedrooms which are beautifully designed and tranquil space to make you feel very much comfortable at home during your stay.

Bedroom 3 is a decent single bedroom beautifully equipped with a single bed and bedside table and lamp and a wardrobe.

The bathroom is very modern and has a powerful shower, hand wash basin, a bathtub, a bidet and toilet.

The apartment is spotlessly clean; providing extra comfort to our guests.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.

- [x] NOISES: We would appreciate that you keep noises to minimum as this is a residential area and we totally RESPECT our neighbours. We would not want them complaining of noises.

Our customers shall be made aware when such issues arise such that NOISES do not PERSIST.

- [x] NUISANCES: We would appreciate that our customers refrain from causing all forms of NUISANCE. Our aim is to ensure that you enjoy your stay, treat you like a king and maintain repetitive patronages ensuring we take cognisance of the maximum respect that you deserve. On the other hand, we would indulge you to Please treat us with reciprocative RESPECT, the PROPERTY and it’s contents, including our neighbours and this RESIDENTIAL AREAS. When matters regarding Nuisances are brought to our knowledge, it shall be REPORTED.

- [x] SMOKING: There are 2 designated smoking areas in the property during your stay.
1. PROPERTY MAIN ENTRANCE.
2. ENCLOSED GARDEN AREA

You can SMOKE outside, in front of the PROPERTY MAIN ENTRANCE. Otherwise, Please walk through the kitchen back door where you can smoke in the ENCLOSED GARDEN AREA.

Please ensure that you quench your cigarette and trash your cigarette wastes in the ASHTRAYS provided to eliminate the risks of firebreaks.

Please ensure the ENTRANCE DOORS are always closed when you smoke.

Please note that these are the ONLY DESIGNATED AREAS where you can smoke during you stay.

- [x] ALCOHOL: Please note that excessive alcohol use is not permitted in the property premises.

- [x] SUBSTANCE USE: we have zero tolerance for substance use in this property.

- [x] PARTIES: we would NOT at anytime appreciate that this property is used for the purpose of any forms of PARTYING.

- [x] NO REARRANGING (of PROPERTY EFFECTS): No removal of any items belonging to the property at any time. Please ensure that you DO NOT move all furniture and other items around within the property, and that they are left in their spots as arranged by the Hosts.
We adhere to zero tolerance on this HOUSE RULES and in the case of any of these rules have been BROKEN, it may lead to all bookings terminated without REFUND and further report incidences when needed.

BINS: Should your bins be full during your stay, please deposit your full bin bags in the black bin in the main entrance of the house.

There are 3 bins in the Kitchen. These bins are labelled with what goes inside them to adhere to recycling policies.

PARKING:

PLEASE NOTE: This area operates with residential permits.

Parking space available for one car. Additional parking spaces available nearby at your own cost.

We will give Daytime PARKING PERMITS for On-Street Parking for Maximum of 1 Car during your stay.

FREE ON-STREET PARKING available overnight from 10:00PM till 08:00AM.

All car parkings made by guests is at owners (Guests) risks.

DAMAGES/MALFUNCTIONS/MAINTENANCE:
In the case of damages made, malfunctions of anything within the property, or should there be required maintenance, please inform the Hosts for actions to be taken.

FIRST AID KIT:
This can be found in the glass cupboard located in the dining area for your use.

FIRE:
Fire extinguishers are located on the first floor corridor area and in the kitchen area. Fire blanket is located on the kitchen wall.
