It also has three bathrooms, one of them with a curious and pleasant ceiling lighting that simulates a starry sky. The kitchen on the upper main floor is spacious, with a large storage space and appliances that increase its practicality such as a wine fridge and two hot plates, with a central island to enjoy snacks. The dining and living room are connected next to the kitchen, very bright rooms with sea views and access to a large covered and uncovered terrace, where you can observe beautiful sunrises. The lower floor is very practical because it is located in front of the terrace and pool. It has an auxiliary kitchen and a living room. In addition, it is where one of the four bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower are located.



EXTERIOR: The villa has a large private pool surrounded by a spacious terrace with different rest areas from where we can enjoy the views of the Mediterranean Sea. It is a beautiful sandy cove with a beach bar where you can eat or have a snack. The Benissa Ecological Promenade is a route that runs along the coast and offers spectacular views of the sea, the natural park of Peñón de Ifach and the calmest coves that are distributed along its coast.
