A large 4-bedroom Townhouse only a 5 min drive from the city centre, with free secure parking, 23 min walk to the new Co-op Live Arena, 15min walk to the Etihad Stadium. LGBTQIA+ Friendly.
With up to 9 separate beds, sleeping up to 10 people, this house is perfect for a family or group of friends for a weekend getaway, or for a team of colleagues working in Manchester during the week.
The Space:
The house comprises of two first floor bedrooms & two second floor bedrooms. There is 1 bathroom (with shower & bathtub) on the second floor, 1 en-suite bathroom (with shower) to a first floor bedrooms, 1 downstairs WC, a modern fully-fitted kitchen with dining area, with washing machine, and a ground floor lounge.
The Kitchen/Dining area has doors to a small paved patio and lawned garden.
All hotel-quality bedlinen & towels provided, together with toiletries.

Comfy double sofabed with a flatscreen HDTV, free Netflix & catch-up apps, and unlimited fast Wifi.
→ Kitchen & Dining Area:
Our kitchen has a kettle, toaster, microwave, gas stove, electric oven, washing machine. Cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery, plates etc all provided in the kitchen.
The dining area has dining table & chairs for when you are dining in - or is a bright area for working from home.

The rear of the house has a small paved patio area leading to a lawn, and is enclosed by fences.

We have one allocated space in the rear secure gated car park, and one permit for an additional vehicle to park on the street.

Please note this property has a 'Ring' video doorbell at the front of the house for safety and security of the property, and a 'Minut' safety device which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels).
Guests are required to complete an online pre-checkin via our partner ChargeAutomation, which includes ID and selfie verification. This enables us to comply with UK law (Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972) and details are retained for 12 months. A web link will be sent to you shortly after your booking is confirmed.

We offer, subject to availability, for the following supplements:
Early Checkin – 2pm: £50
Early Checkin – 3pm: £25
