Additionally, there is a single bed (length 170 cm) in the kitchen/living room area. The apartment features parquet floors throughout and has an exit leading to a balcony.

The apartment is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. These include a balcony with balcony furniture, a bathroom with a WC, heating system, children's high chair, baby cot, and internet access (WiFi, free). Satellite TV is also provided for entertainment.
