This area opens onto a sunny terrace through floor-to-ceiling, sliding glass doors creating a wonderful alfresco extension. The kitchen is well equipped with; a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

The apartment is conveniently located in the Piazzetta of Loiri Porto San Paolo, very close to the town center where visitors can enjoy the local boutiques, restaurants and bars here.

Porto San Paolo is located in a marine protected area on the north-eastern coastline of Sardinia . The surrounding sea is famous for its beautiful turquoise colour and the island of Tavolara that dominates the coastal landscape.

Porto San Paola centers around a small marina where visitors can catch a ferry to visit Tavolara and other nearby islands. There are several nearby beaches, accessible by foot, that are great places for snorkelling.

Two of northern Sardinia’s most famous beaches are within easy reach, La Cinta (a 15-minute drive) and Lu Impostu (an 11-minute drive). There are also many sporting activities available nearby including surfing, diving, horse riding, tennis and golf.

Olbia airport is a 30-minute drive from the property whilst the Port of Olbia is approximately a 35-minute drive away
