Welcome to Cesina Home, a charming apartment with a panoramic terrace, nestled inside a historic Liberty-style villa overlooking the Bay of Naples. The property is located in the quiet and scenic Tiberio area, just a 10–15-minute walk from Capri’s famous Piazzetta — a pleasant, nature-filled stroll that offers breathtaking views of the island.

Like many of the island’s most authentic homes, the villa is accessible only on foot. Upon arrival at the port or the Piazzetta, you can entrust your luggage to the island's professional porters, who will deliver it directly to the entrance of the apartment.

The apartment includes:

- A bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and two large wardrobes.

- A bright living room with two sofas (also usable as beds) and a TV connected to WiFi.

- A fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and washing machine.

- A bathroom with shower.

- A private panoramic terrace, furnished with a stone table, sun loungers, and a parasol — perfect for enjoying unforgettable sunsets over the sea.

The home features air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and provides fresh linens, towels, and toiletries for guests.

The property offers a large outdoor area with a garden and a terrace that wraps around the house, providing privacy, tranquility, and an unparalleled view over Marina Grande, the bay, and the island’s hills.

The neighborhood is one of the island’s most authentic and peaceful. Located in a pedestrian-only zone, it allows you to experience Capri at a slower pace, surrounded by nature, historical views, and silence. Despite its calm atmosphere, everything you need is within easy reach: grocery stores, cafés, traditional restaurants, and access to some of the island’s most beautiful walking paths.

Die vielleicht schönste Terrasse der Welt!

Wir waren begeistert von der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung, einer hübschen Küche und dem großen Garten. Giorgio war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Der einzige kleine Nachteil war, dass der an sich zuverlässige WLAN-Empfang nur im Schlafzimmer möglich war. (Wir hätten lieber auf der Terrasse gearbeitet) Aber dieses Problem läßt sich sicher schnell beheben.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig abseits des Trubels von Capri-City - wenn einem jedoch danach ist, steht man in max. 15 Minuten auf der Piazetta. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

One night refund wanted

We were supposed to be able to check in at 1pm. After we had already booked our ferry, he notified us that we couldn’t get in the house until 4:30 pm. Because of this, we had to pay to store our bags while we waited to get in. When we arrived at 4:45, the cleaning person was still cleaning the apartment and we had to wait outside for a half an hour. After we got checked in, we couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi so we texted the owner and he said that he had forgotten to pay a bill and would call the Wi-Fi company. We needed Wi-Fi so we left and went to a restaurant until the Wi-Fi was fixed around 9 pm.

This is what makes a trip to Italy worth while!

I have visited Capri before but I didn't stay in a VRBO rental. This facility changed my opinion of vacationing in Italy. If you are looking to experience Italy at it's finest, this is your best bet. The pictures shown on the listing do not do justice to the facility nor the exceptional view. It's a bit rustic but totally Italy and I will never do it any other way after this. If you have issues with walking , use the shuttle taxi available from the plaza. The host was extremely helpful and more than accomidating. I'm 72 yrs old, if I ever decide to get married again I would do it here!

Amazing hilltop villa

This villa was just right for our family of 4. It was clean, spacious and had the most beautiful patio with an amazing view of the ocean! I would absolutely stay here again.

Breathtaking views, charming home

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Capri. Hidden gem but still relatively close to Capri Center and the local grocery store. It is very charming, decorated with antique furniture. There is hot water, wifi, and AC. The views outside are spectacular and it is very peaceful and private. We had a lovely time drinking our coffee overlooking the ocean and watching the sunset drinking wine.

Wunderschöner Urlaub auf Capri

Die Lage der Villa ist einmalig! Schöner und ruhiger kann man auf Capri kaum wohnen. Auch wenn der Anstieg von der Piazetta etwas anstrengend ist für Gäste jenseits der Siebzig und der Eingang der Villa im Dunklen nicht leicht zu finden ist. Giorgio war aber dabei extrem hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir würden die Villa immer wieder buchen! Elisabeth und Manfred

Beautiful view

We stayed at this VRBO for two perfect days in Sept/Oct. The temp was 75-80 and the property was at its best. There is a spectacular view, the house was clean and well equipped. We are 3 older adults (59-71) and had no problems climbing the 1/2 mile trail up from Capri center, but potential customers should be aware that the trail is a little challenging, especially with luggage. Giorgio was very receptive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

Hit the Gold Pot

Little did we know, we hit the jackpot with this place. Location, property, host, check-in, accommodations...from start to finish, absolutely blown away with every moment of the entire experience! There is no way for pictures or descriptions to do it justice. 10/10 no questions asked. DO NOT MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO BOOK THIS HEAVINLY PLACE!

Georgio is the BEST!

So, we took a chance on this property as it had no reviews yet which usually means no one has stayed there. Taking a chance on Georgio and his property was the best decision we have ever made! The pictures of this property doesn’t do it justice! It felt like it was out of a movie how beautiful it was. Georgio was extremely accomodating, he met us at the house on our arrival and helped us bring our bags in. Even when we had questions, a quick message on VRBO and he answered within minutes (sometimes seconds!!) He was so thoughtful and even purchased us waters, pasta and sauce in case we wanted to stay in (which we did and it was amazing!) The place was so spacious, we prefered it over a hotel we stayed at in a previous location. It was clean, comfortable, and gorgeous. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. I WILL be coming back here in the near future!!
