Stayed here with a wrestling team and it was great! Tons of amenities and lots of fun for the kids. The rooftop deck had great views and very nice! Very well stocked kitchen and great cook stops for cooking for a crowd! Also when given the wrong code to get access the host reached out within minutes of sending a message! Sharon was prompt and got us taken care of. Best communication I’ve seen from a property manager/host.

Very expensive for the condition of the property.

For thousands of dollars, we expected a much much nicer and cleaner place. The place is not finished, very worn, had cobwebs in the kitchen, couches smelled like vomit, pillows and comforters were stained, only two keys fobs provided for numerous guests, stains on carpets, stains on futons, steps inside and out were questionably safe, short, squeaky, or presented a trip hazard. This place has lots of potential but much need of improvement.

Really cool place!

A lot of stuff to do in this place, really cool spot to stay. Perfect location in the heart of downtown. The property manager was very friendly and attentive to fix and issues we had.

Wonderful Family Gathering Place

We had our extended family gather for a wedding, and held a dinner in the space for everyone the evening before. It was wonderful! The space gave us room to spread out; the kitchen allows us to fix food for 40 folks; and the lack of elevator provided a great workout ;-). Honestly, we didn't mind the stairs, and overall had a great time!

Great place for a large group

We had a group of about 20 men for a bachelor party. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The home was huge and plenty of entertainment including decent night life & walking distance of the Jet Express.

Wedding bliss

This place was perfect for a reception. Lots of space and places for out of town guests to sleep. The ambience is out of this world. Sharon is exceptional to work with. We were blessed to find it.

Awesome place!

This is probably the most unique short term rental we’ve ever stayed in. The location is incredible. The basketball gym, upscale kitchen, roof top decks and all the bed and bathrooms were clean in great shape. There are so many nooks in this place that you can spread out as much as you want or it’s big enough to all be together. There is plenty to do in town and you can take shuttles to the outer islands easily or hit up cedar point. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Happy 55th and 60th couples trip

What a great property for 5 couples to stay in! Great location to local pubs and music on the pier. Easy access to Jet Express to Put in Bay. Family room fit all 10 of us to sit and have coffee together. Fun rooftop for sunset and view of the lake. 5th bedroom was small but worked for our group. Clean and comfortable. Guys loved having a basketball court! Huge kitchen!

A Perfect Family Reunion

Our mini-family reunion of 17 had the greatest time at this location. We had kids from age 6-18 and 8 adults. There was plenty of space and activities to accommodate everyone’s interest and energy. The communication with the owner was always consistent, friendly and quick. My family will be talking about this trip for years to come and this property will be one of the main reasons why.

One of a kind property!

The pictures do not do this place justice--it is HUGE and you really have to see it to believe it! We went there for a few days to take out kids to Cedar Point and it was very conveniently located. It was great to come back to this beautiful penthouse with its incredible kitchen and tons of space with games and other activities to keep everyone entertained. The rooftop deck has great views as well! Hope to come back!

The only place you should stay in Sandusky

This is truly an incredible property and Sharon was a great host who communicated very well and allowed for a stress free experience (which is great because of how many people you have to be responsible for in larger parties). Pics don’t do it justice this place is massive! Everyone slept comfortably and no one could get enough of that gorgeous rooftop view. Basketball court was very high quality and kitchen had more than enough for cooking in. If you’re a picky planner where everything has to be perfect (like myself) you can’t pass up on this place if it’s available!

FAMILY FUN

Property is amazing as always! Second time. First time was husbands birthday trip with friends. This was a family affair trip. Kiddos thoroughly enjoyed this amazing penthouse and all the amenities offered! Basketball court was a huge attraction with a little friendly family competition. Of course we were first place losers and the Championship Trophy went to my beloved husband, Ben & Madi. Property will exceed your expectations & Sharon a gem! 5-Star raring!

Great Family Time

This is a fascinating place. One of our family members did some research on the history of the building. Lots of space to stretch out, but lots of steps to climb. The kids - and adults - played lots of basketball. Due to the coronavirus, we mostly stayed in. Ate all of our meals in. Lots of room for more than one cook in that great kitchen. Teens could always find something to do. Adults spent a lot of time chatting. Fun times relaxing on the roof-top deck. It was a great time!

Large and entertaining space for a wedding reception.

We rented this space for a wedding reception. Our guests loved the venue and kept asking us how we found it. There was plenty of counter, fridge, and freezer space for food. It rained while we were there, so we were not able to use the rooftop, but the large windows on the main floor provided great views of Sandusky Bay. We had to bring our own lighting and stereo system for a dance floor, which was tough since there are many steps to get into the venue. The owners were very responsive and came out our first full day when the internet wasn't working. Overall, I would recommend this location.

18th BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

The Property was AMAZING! And Sharon was excellent to work with, she went above and beyond to make our stay GREAT! I had 6 17 & 18 year olds with me to celebrate my son's 18th birthday. The place is only 10 minutes from Cedar Point (which was the main destination for the boys). We were also able to go on a fishing boat, which the boys loved. Of course, the basketball court was the hit of the property. When they got done playing basketball, they turned to dodge ball and anything else they could think of. I wasn't able to get the TV to work in the living room area, and Sharon came right over and got it up and running (and it was user error, not anything with the place). I would recommend this property to anybody with a large group.
