Villa Jordania is an exquisite and spacious four-bedroom villa that boasts a prime location within walking distance to the beach and the lively town of La Cala de Mijas. Upon entering the villa, the spacious lounge area greets you with plush sofas and a 42" plasma screen television with satellite channels. The dining area offers ample space with a large table that can comfortably seat 8-10 guests. The fully fitted kitchen has modern appliances, and there is also a separate utility room with a washer and dryer. Additionally, there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on this level, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds.
Moving to the first floor, you will find two further bedrooms. The master bedroom features a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a hot tub. Additionally, the master bedroom offers direct access to a private terrace, which is the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee in the sunshine. The second bedroom on this level is spacious and offers twin beds.
The lower level of the villa is perfect for relaxing, socializing, and being entertained or getting a workout in.
