This charming 5 bedroom, 3 storey villa, set in a private and quiet location, close to both Kapparis and Pernera, and just a 5 minute drive to the main Protaras strip, is ideal for those wanting to be in a central location, yet far enough away to appreciate the peace and privacy that the villa offers.

As you enter the villa, you will find the large and tastefully furnished open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, making it a great space for entertaining. The living room features a comfortable seating area and widescreen TV, the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 people and the kitchen is equipped with all appliances and utensils needed for your self-catering stay, all surrounded by patio doors leading to the garden and pool area.
One of the bedrooms with 2 single beds and patio doors leading to the garden can also be found on this floor as well as a separate WC

On the first floor, you will find a further 3 bedrooms, one double which includes an en suite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms. From the first floor, you can access the covered terrace with seating area, where you can sit and admire the stunning sea views after a day at the beach.

On the third floor, you will find the remaining bedroom – a cosy double bedroom that overlooks the beautiful views, complete with wooden ceilings and an en suite shower room

Outside, the lovely garden area offers a generous sized private pool and bathing area, as well as a barbecue, kitchen and dining area, plus a grass area, perfect for a game of football

The villa benefits from shuttered doors and windows to keep the rooms airy and cool during the hot summer months, and air con throughout.

Pernera is a charming resort area which has grown in popularity over the past 10 years due to the development of a number of holiday villas and apartments. The resort is lively during the summer months and hosts a varied selection of restaurants, bars and shops, suitable for couples and families of all ages.
A newly built seafront promenade connects Pernera to the neighbouring resort of Protaras and is an excellent way to view the rugged coastline and visit the numerous sandy beaches that both resorts offer. The promenade is lit up during the evenings and features a number of eateries and bars that can be enjoyed from morning until late evening.
Daily boat trips are available at different points along the Pernera and Protaras coastline, which give a great view of the fabulous coastline and a pass from the outskirts of the abandoned ghost town of Famagusta, which is located to the north of the area.
Popular beaches in Pernera include Kalamies Beach, Pernera Beach and Marlita Beach, all of which are ideal for swimming and offer a selection of fun watersports.
The resort has a waterpark which is great for a day of family fun and many child-friendly places to eat and drink in a relaxed atmosphere.
Pernera is an excellent base to stay for a relaxing holiday whilst being close enough to the resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa to enjoy the more vibrant nightlife that they offer
