Arbio I Cozy apartment near Ku`damm

Welcome to Arbio Cozy Apartment. The apartment is located in a newly renovated apartment building near Kurfürstendamm. Whether it`s a rain shower, equipped kitchen or workspace - this apartment offers you everything you need to feel completely at home. There are also many great cafés and restaurants on Kantstraße and in the side streets.
The accommodation has a kitchen with dishwasher, a living area with a closet, a large bed, a living room corner including Smart TV, a desk and a newly renovated bathroom. The cozy sofa in the living area can be converted into a sofa bed for one person. I also offer free parking on the premises.

Your apartment is located on the first level (`Hochpaterre` in German) and can be accessed through self check-in with a digital smart lock. To enter the apartment you will have the staircase.
*Cleaning Policy:
The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

*Extra Services:
In addition, We propose extra services such as late check-out. All these services can be found in Arbio reservation page.

All important information (such as reservation details, check-in instructions, google maps directions, extra services etc.) can be found on your Arbio reservation page. All guests will get access to the link via message.
Please note that you need to access your reservation page in order to access you booked apartment.

We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
