Welcome to our comfortable loft located in the trendy Koukaki area of Athens! Our cozy apartment is perfect for a person or a couple and it is fully equipped with everything you need for a memorable stay in Athens. Just imagine having breakfast and coffee on the sunny terrace while planning your day in the city!

Enjoy exclusive access to the entire loft during your stay and stay in touch with your loved ones through a fast VDSL internet connection. We also provide a detailed guide to the area and are always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations.

Located in one of the safest and hippest neighborhoods in Athens, Koukaki boasts a unique blend of architectural styles, traditional restaurants, art galleries, museums, and colorful bars and cafes. You'll love exploring the lovely streets of this central neighborhood.

Our apartment is within walking distance of all the main attractions in Athens, including the Acropolis Museum, Plaka, and the Odeon of Herodes Atticus. However, if you prefer to use public transportation, the Siggrou Fix metro station is just a 10-minute walk away.



Please note that there is a €15 charge for check-ins between 21:00 pm and 23:00 pm, which is paid in cash upon arrival.
