The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a dishwasher, two separate refrigerators, and a combi microwave with an oven function.



The ground floor features two double bedrooms, a large bathroom with a sink, bath, and toilet, and an additional separate toilet near the entrance. On the first floor, you will find three spacious bedrooms with ample closet space, a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, and a covered balcony that overlooks the meadows.



Sliding doors with electric shutters provide access to the garden and a spacious covered terrace with patio furniture. The private pool, which can be heated, offers a large terrace with multiple sun loungers. The garden also includes a jeux de boules baan for your enjoyment. Additionally, the villa is equipped with a storage room containing a washing machine, WIFI, and a TV with several international channels. You can park up to three cars on the private property, including one under the carport.



The area surrounding Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche boasts a rich cultural heritage amidst its rugged natural beauty and vineyards. The picturesque village of Ruoms, which originated as a monastery and has evolved into a popular holiday destination, is situated just north of the Domaine. Additionally, a visit to the historic city of Alès and the charming town of Vallon Pont d'Arc, both centres for cultural tourism, are highly recommended during your stay.
