The apartment is part of the Residencial Canet al Mar, located just 200 m from the beach, and has services nearby such as restaurants, a medical center, playgrounds, supermarkets, etc. In addition, the top floor of the building has two swimming pools with changing rooms, a solarium, and a chill-out area. *Attention: the swimming pool will be closed from May 10, 2023, until 3 weeks from now.



The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen open to the living room, a large terrace with incredible views of the Mediterranean coast, and air conditioning. It is perfect for up to five people. In addition, if you have a pet, you can bring it because the accommodation are pet-friendly. It also has a garage located in the same building.
