Casa Lia a San Vito Lo Capo by Wonderful Italy

Bright and cozy house with garden, nestled in the heart of the reserve of Macari, a few steps from the sea.



Casa Lia is the ideal starting point to enjoy peace, silence thanks to its strategic location, in an unspoilt nature and with direct access to the sea. The villa is surrounded by a large garden and a terrace, equipped with dining table and sun loungers, the perfect place to enjoy a breakfast or an aperitif at sunset with a view of the islands Egadi and Erice.

The house, tastefully furnished and recently renovated, opens onto the living area, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster. The sleeping area boasts one bedroom with a queen-size bed and the second one with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Famous for its crystal-clear waters, ​​San Vito Lo Capo is considered one of the most beautiful locations in Italy and worldwide, also thanks to its proximity to the Gulf of Macari, the Zingaro Reserve and the Gulf of Castellammare.

More specifically, the Zingaro Nature Reserve will fascinate the guests: it is a protected natural area where the local flora and fauna coexist in harmony, and it is characterized by 3 paths (“costiero”, “di mezza costa” and “alto”) enriched by numerous coves, where their crystalline waters stand out. For this reason, we suggest bringing masks and flippers to fully enjoy the beautiful seabed that the reserve offers.

Also the Gulf of Macari, located just 5 km from San Vito, is not to be missed: here, the sea has some wonderful shades to be discovered.

30 km away is Erice, an ancient city of Phoenician and Greek origins, located 751 m on the mountain that bears the same name. Surrounded by walls, the city is a maze of narrow streets with two faces: the sunny, bright one of the hot summer days, and that of the winter days, when you have the feeling of visiting a place out of time.



The airports of Palermo Falcone Borsellino and of Trapani Vincenzo Florio can be reached with a one-hour drive.
