Attractions
Villa Castiglione 10 is located by the sea along the Maremma coast, near to the town of Castiglione della Pescaia (Grosseto). You will also find two tennis clubs nearby as well as an excellent Golf Club at Punta Ala (you need to present a letter asking for permission to become a member first). Florence with it’s international airport is roughly 150 km away to the north, Siena and Chianti around 90 km away to the east and Rome with it’s international airport is roughly 200 km away, to the south. The nearest airport is at Grossetto, 25 km away so a 30 minute journey. Pisa airport is 133 km (1h30 by car).

Interior Description
Villa Castiglione 10 is divided into 2 houses connected between them that can be rented as a whole. In total, the property has: 3 twin bedrooms (on request an additional bedroom with 2 bunk beds can be opened) and 4 double bedrooms. All bedrooms are very bright and boast a wonderful view of the surrounding nature, except for the bedroom with bunk bed. There are 8 bathrooms (6 of which are ensuite), 2 modern and fully equipped kitchens and 2 living rooms.
The furnishings of the villa are new and of first quality; the interiors are carefully chosen by the owner.
The house is fully air-conditioned and all the windows have mosquito screens (except for the veranda of the living room).
