Corner Condo with 3Br 3Ba, Beautifully designed with Ocean and Bay Views

This corner unit is located on the 6th floor with views down the coast towards Mexico and across the bay to the Coronado Municipal Golf Course, Bay and Bridge. The spectacular arrangement of the sliding windows allows for an indoor/outdoor feeling as if you are perched right on the beach. Rise and shine and enjoy your coffee and laptop while watching the surfers hit the waves. A very short, 25 yard stroll gets your toes in the sand. At sunset, visit the beach club for drinks on the deck or return home to shower and watch the sunset from the condo.

As you enter the #609, you will immediately notice the quality finishes and simplicity of design, including the Italian ceramic wood floor tiles, multi-color design bath tiles, Bosch kitchen appliances, ice maker, and fully-equipped sound system. The living room is set to enjoy the large screen TV with audio placed throughout the room. A comfortable couch and two arm chairs with ottomans surround a large coffee table. The dining room table has two bench seats, and two comfortable chairs. The kitchen was designed for entertaining and is fully equipped, including a separate bar fridge and ice maker. The kitchen island is large enough for serving or you can enjoy the two stools and eat right there. Two Master Bedrooms and the 3rd bedroom have been designed with distinct themes to set the mood and reflect the beach feeling. Master Bedroom #1 is to the left of the entry and is called "Shells" and is decorated with soft and soothing beige/grey colors and includes a Cal-King bed, designer bedside tables and a comfortable reading chair next to a large walk-in closet with built-ins. Master Bedroom #2 is located to the right of the front door. Themed as "Pool", the navy/white/aqua colored room overlooks the Beach Club Pool with views southward down the coast. Bedroom #3 has two Full size beds and two separate closets with built-ins. The theme for this bedroom is called "Oceans". The bathroom is just across the hall and has two separate sinks, and also houses the stacked washer and dryer set.

The condo is located steps to the beach. The Coronado Shores complex includes four swimming pools with Jacuzzis, BBQs, work out gym, two sets of tennis courts (10 courts in all), and a beach club with bar for adults. You can stay busy on your own, or you can participate in the variety of activities that are organized by the "Shores". Located next to the Hotel Del Coronado and across from the bay, it's an easy walk to dinner or enjoy a bike ride around the island. Coronado is a magical place and we call it home. Monthly rental required. No Smoking or Vaping, NO Pets at all of any kind.

beautiful beach apartment

We loved our time at this beautiful beach apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a wonderful stay. 4 of our children visited at the same time and there was plenty of room. As with any house, there can be little problems...in our case the dishwasher was not working properly. We alerted our agent and she immediately sent a repair person to fix the problem. She even offered to come over during the repair so we did not need to miss a minute of our vacation. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and Francine as an agent.

Additional information about rental rates

Cleaning fee $300
Refundable damage deposit $5,000

We provide an allowance of $150/month for your utilities. If you exceed this amount for the month, we will provide a copy of the SDGE bill and deduct any amount above the allowance from your Security Deposit. While we don't accept credit cards, we are happy to receive a personal check or money wire. 50% of the rent is due at the time of contract signing. The remaining 50% of rent, refundable Security Deposit and non-refundable Cleaning Fee are due 60 days before arrival. We are required, by law, to return your Security Deposit within 21 days of departure.
