House of 295m2 and 1070m2 plot distributed in 2 dwellings: Independent house + 4 apartments on the lower floor. Can be rented as a single house (6 pax), or together with any of the apartments (each with capacity for 2 people). This house has a maximum capacity of 6-14 people.



In this unit, the house is offered with 2 apartments, with a maximum capacity for 10 people (in August, it will be mandatory to rent the house together with the 4 apartments).



The house is distributed in a living-dining room (fireplace, TV), fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, gas cooker, washing machine). It has 3 bedrooms; 2 double rooms of 135x190cm and 1 double room (2 single beds of 90x190cm) and 2 bathrooms with shower tray (1 of them is in the garage). Beautiful outdoor area with fully fenced pool and brick barbecue. Each apartment has 2 single beds of 90x190cm, kitchenette (microwave, fridge, electric cooker) and 1 bathroom with bathtub. With access to an independent terrace. Additionally, there is a common washing machine for the 4 apartments.

This property is only for families. Bookings for young people under 35 are not accepted.



Pets are not accepted.



The residential area has a large private club with tennis courts, children's swings, swimming pools and a bar for exclusive use by clients.



- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and

8 euros/person/towels.

- Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair



Conditions for groups



- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.



Check-in and check-out



The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
