The apartment was very nice
But communication?- terrible. I emailed the property managers 2 days before arrival and on the day of arrival about the address and how to get in. No response. I had to call VRBO twice, 6 hrs apart for them to contact the property. And we were already in Nairobi at the second call. They sent me the address and codes after the second call.
We arrived and there was NO water!. Later we were told the building tank was being cleaned and the water will flow in 2 hrs. Well, it came the next day afternoon. How is that for feeling empathy for people living in drought areas? At least they will do toiletry away from home.
This was a horrible experience for me and I wouldn't want anyone to experience this.
