IIn San Lorenzo al Mare, in a quiet area convenient to services, we offer this three-room apartment with 2 terraces just 700 metres from the beaches, ideal if you are looking for a holiday all about sun and fun.

The accommodation is close to all amenities: shops, supermarkets, luxury boutiques, restaurants, bank, pharmacy and entertainment venues.

The flat, located on the second floor with lift, consists of a double bedroom, a small bedroom with two single beds, living room with kitchenette, ante-bathroom with washing machine, bathroom with shower and bathtub. The flat is also equipped with: smart TV, internet Wi-Fi (not included in the price), fridge with freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, independent heating, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.

The apartment is located just 650m from the entrance to the cycle path, which connects Imperia with Ospedaletti, which always runs close to the sea and offers a route of over 30km through the most touristic villages of the Riviera dei Fiori, from San Lorenzo al Mare via Riva Ligure and Arma di Taggia to Sanremo: the sea on one side and the hinterland on the other. Truly sensational! Bring your bicycles and take advantage of it (you can also rent them on site at a reasonable price).

Pets are not allowed. Public car park right below the house.
