The house is thoughtfully furnished with three comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two modern bathrooms with showers. A spacious entrance hall leads you into the heart of the home: the open-plan kitchen and dining area. Here, large windows and a floor-to-ceiling glass partition flood the space with natural light and create a seamless connection to the outdoors. From the dining area, you step directly onto the beautiful terrace, where a dining set and a cozy lounge corner with a barbecue invite you to enjoy long summer evenings under the open sky. The living room provides a warm and relaxing hub for family life, with direct access to a charming loft (hems) tucked under the roof. This loft is equipped with a TV and a game console, making it a favorite spot for both children and adults. Just next to the main house, a separate annex offers extra flexibility for larger groups or families. It is furnished with two double sofa beds and also includes an additional fridge-freezer, making it especially practical for longer stays. The holiday home sits on a natural plot that blends harmoniously with the surrounding landscape. The area is quiet and rich in flora and fauna, creating a peaceful backdrop for walks, cycling, and outdoor relaxation. The sandy beach is only a short distance away, perfect for a refreshing swim or a day by the water. Please note that rental is not available for youth groups or groups of craftsmen.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
