The small modern kitchen is well equipped with; an induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge freezer. Outside, there is a small terrace with an outside seating and dining area.

Conveniently situated in the hamlet of Cavigliano a 5-minute walk from a well-connected railway station this property also benefits from a pharmacy and a small supermarket in the immediate vicinity.

Verzasca Valley with its picturesque villages is a 35-minute drive away where the river offers opportunities for swimming and the iconic Ponte dei Salti, a double-arch stone bridge, is a popular spot for photography. Locarno also hosts the famous Locarno Film Festival, one of the most prominent film festivals in Europe, attracting visitors and cinephiles from around the world.
