A fabulous, supremely comfortable lodge with open countryside views,Twelve Burnham Lodge is located just five minutes walk away from the centre of the super chic village of Burnham Market, and just a five minute drive to the coast - simply perfect!

With relaxing boutique-style interiors, Twelve Burnham Market is an excellent choice for a getaway for a couple or two, or for a family wanting to enjoy spending some quality time together. An ideal year-round destination for a short or longer break; double glazing, central heating and excellent insulation ensures you will be snug as a bug, even in the chilliest of months. A light and airy open-plan sociable living space, comprising a smart well-equipped kitchen, a choice of breakfast bar or formal dining area, and mega comfortable seating area set around an inset electric living flame fire forms the heart of lodge and is focused on the rural views seen through the sliding doors that open to the raised patio. The three bedrooms (one king-size, one super-king size and one twin room) all have ultra comfortable mattresses on the beds and offer excellent storage. Two beautiful shower rooms (one is en-suite) both benefit from larger showers. A west facing glazed patio terrace runs to two sides of the lodge and is the ideal spot to take a seat as the sun sets; see if you are lucky enough to spot a barn owl as it quarters the fields, or a skein of pink footed geese as they pass overhead.

This super detached Norfolk Hideaway is tucked away on the boundary of Burnham Market's prestigious development, The Poplars, which has been designed to offer residents privacy and peace, with both landscaping and well thought through design, and offers guests a superb base for both staying local and exploring further afield.

The lodge can also be booked for four guests with a bedroom closed off, listed as Twelve Burnham Lodge.

Fabulous property very well equipped and the beds were so comfy. All of the lodge was thought out extremely well to give you a fabulous holiday. The site itself was very central and also safe for my grandchildren to play. A added bonus was a 5 minute walk to a very good shop, fish and chips shop and a Chinese. I would defiantly recommend this lodge.

With table and seating for six guests.
Sitting area
With one two-seater sofa, one three-seater sofa, armchair, electric living flame fire, Smart widescreen television, Bluetooth speaker and Alexa. French doors open to the patio terrace which has lounge seating.
Master bedroom
With a 5' king-size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, dressing table.
En-suite shower room
With walk-in shower cubicle, with rainfall and hand-held shower heads, double wash basin and WC.
Bedroom two
With a 6' super-king size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables.

A communal EV charger is available on The Poplars development for a parking charge of £5 plus 55p per unit.
