**This apartment is rented seasonally, for medium or short stays, but only in accordance with the LAU regulations as a use other than housing and rentals for tourist purposes are not permitted, but the rental must be for the reasons set out in the law. Tremendously cozy and fully equipped duplex apartment to make your seasonal stay in the wonderful city of Madrid a success.
Downstairs it consists of a spacious living room with two different spaces, one with the living-dining room and the other one serves as a bedroom with a single bed. Same way, we find a toilet on this floor.
On the upper floor, there are two en-suite bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
