Villa Cecilia - luxurious and elegant liberty lake-front villa

Liberty villa pied dans l'eau in an exclusive position on Lake Iseo.
The enchanting property dating back to the early decades of the 1900s is arranged over 3 levels which enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape and Monte Isola.
Peculiar features are the 6 balconies overlooking the lake, a bow window in the living room and the completely frescoed coffered wooden ceilings of the living room.
Important and exclusive pluses are the spacious pier and the garden overlooking the lake.
The villa is arranged over three levels as follows:

- The basement floor which gives immediate access to the large garden is equipped with a laundry room and a comfortable bathroom with shower.

- On the ground floor there is a spacious and bright living room including an entrance hall, a sitting room with lake view, a dining room, a kitchen with an original stone fireplace and a small service bathroom.

-On the top floor which is accessed via a wooden staircase, there is the sleeping area including three bedrooms; two doubles with balcony overlooking the lake and one single. Furthermore, we find an elegant bathroom with a bathtub and a room used as a walk-in closet.

- Outside we find a spacious private parking, a storage room containing garden furniture and services, the pier and a gazebo.

The entire property will be made available to guests who will be able to use the services, with the exception of the use of the berth and the small boat inside it.

NUMBER OF GUESTS ALLOWED:
6 GUESTS including adults and children aged 2 to 17.
2 GUESTS children aged 0 to 2.

Tourist tax: From April to October, a tourist tax of 2€ per person per day is required at check-in. Children up to 13 years old are exempt from payment.

Pets: The villa welcomes small to medium-sized dogs (under 30 kg) but is not suitable for hosting cats. We kindly ask guests to care for and respect the house, even when bringing their pets. There is an additional fee of 20€ per day for each animal.

Check-in after 21: A surcharge is applicable for check-ins made after 22:00.

At the end of each day or in case of bad weather, move the deckchairs and garden furniture from the jetty and store them safely, and close the parasol.
