The villa is divided into three floors, with a total area of 600 square metres.
- Ground Floor: Spacious living room with a fireplace, guest bathroom, and eat-in kitchen with direct access to the pool area; master bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub; two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—and an additional bathroom.

- Lower level: Spacious rustic-style space with dining area, living room with fireplace, TV, bar area, second kitchen, guest bathroom with shower, guest bedroom with private bathroom, billiards room, cinema, laundry room, and two additional entrances.

-Upper Floor: Two spacious double bedrooms with a large bathroom

Exterior:
Upon entering, you’ll find a large garden with one entrance to the ground floor and another to the lower level; to the left is the ramp leading to the garage, which can accommodate at least 4 cars. In the pool area, there is an outdoor dining area with two tables, a large patio with various lounge chairs and sunbeds, a wood-fired oven, and a brick barbecue. From the pool area, you can access the ground floor, the lower level, and the garage.
