The entire apartment is fully air conditioned plus each bedroom also has its own ceiling fan plus black-out roll down shutters.

Kitchen: Integrated water filter for free 'bottled water' on demand, fridge freezer, hob & extractor, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and microwave. Washing machine is available in a private utility room on the floor above at the entrance to the solarium.
