All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup. There also is a second bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside, you'll find a garden and a furnished terrace. There is a storage room with a charging point for electric bicycles. You can park your car in the central parking; this is a car-free park.
