Dining living room is tastefully decorated with stereo system with CD player, flat screen TV, 2 high chairs, lounge area and wood-burning stove, all contributing to creating a cosy atmosphere. The house has 8 bedrooms with box-mattresses on all beds and 2 extra cots. In addition, large and spacious sleeping mezzanine. In addition, the house also has a large play mezzanine with children's furniture, toys and a TV with DVD, where the kids can let off steam. There are televisions on both mezzanines. The large pool area features a large swimming pool with water slide and swim coach, sauna, shower and whirlpool for 4-6 people. After a good and eventful day, it is nice to slide into the large whirlpool and just relax while you get underwater massage from the warm jets. Or to get warm in the sauna. 4 bathrooms, all with shower. In one bathroom you will also find baby bath and changing table. Even hair dryers in the bathrooms. In the activity room you can take a game of darts or billiards at the pool table. Here you can also challenge each other in tennis or football games. Even stereo, PlayStation2 and flat screen TV are installed in the activity room. On the spacious plot that surrounds the house there are sandbox, slide and swings, or you can relax on a sun bed on the terrace. There is also a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
