8 person holiday home in Roslev-By Traum

Cottage on large natural plot with lots of trees and only approx. 200 m to the Limfjord. From the ground there is a fantastic view over the Limfjord towards Sallingsund and Mors. Large activity room with table football, darts and game console. The cottage is furnished with living room with wood burning stove, free internet, Netflix as well as DVD player and stereo system. The washing machine and dishwasher are located in the basement just below the kitchen. There are 2 football goals so adults and children can play football on the large 50m x 20m lawn behind the cottage. There is also a campfire in the garden. There are 2 sea kayaks for free use (used at your own risk / insurance). There is a garden trampoline, which can also be used at your own risk / insurance. Not for rent to craftsmen and youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
