Hochwertige Ferienwohnung mit Aussicht

A comfortable, modern holiday flat for up to 6 people with views of the Baltic Sea and the marina at Marina Wendtorf. From the spacious balcony or terrace, you can enjoy the seaside atmosphere and the view of the water. The bright living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen forms the heart of the flat. Large windows let in plenty of natural light. Facilities include underfloor heating, a modern bathroom with a rain shower and steam bath function, and a bioethanol fireplace for cosy evenings. A TV with a Blu-ray player and a soundbar with Bluetooth provide entertainment. Three cosy bedrooms provide ample space for families or friends. The promenade is perfect for walks along the waterfront. Restaurants, cafés, the beach and the harbour are all nearby; Laboe, Kiel and Schönberg are within easy reach. At the Activity Centre, families can enjoy the indoor playground and the black-light mini-golf free of charge. Further playgrounds are located right on the promenade. A free parking space is included with the flat. Whether it’s breakfast together with a view of the marina, a day at the beach on the Baltic Sea or a cosy evening by the fireplace: this spacious holiday flat combines plenty of space with a special waterside location. It is the ideal base for a varied holiday and, at the same time, offers a comfortable retreat for the whole family. Rented exclusively to holidaymakers for holiday purposes.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, abgesehen vom Bad (in der Schublade noch Haare der Vormieter…), ansonsten alles ein wenig lieblos, kein Küchenhandtuch und keine Seife im Bad (kein „Starterpaket“), nur 3 Gläser für 6 Personen, ansonsten viele Schnaps-/Sektgläser…. Betten sehr weich, aber sauber! Aber der Blick entschädigt für vieles!

Wat een heerlijke plek om te verblijven! Het appartement was met zorg ingericht en de gashaard zorgde voor een gezellige sfeer op koude avonden. De kinderen waren dol op de nabijgelegen stranden, vooral het Hundestrand, dat op slechts een korte loopafstand lag.
