Step into the cozy, well-furnished interior, which spans two floors. The living room is a welcoming heart of the home, featuring a wood-burning fireplace where you can enjoy the free firewood (chopping required!). Entertainment is covered with a TV, DVD player, and Chromecast. The sleeping arrangements are generous and flexible across four bedrooms and a dedicated sleeping alcove, accommodating the 12 guests plus a baby cot. Guests benefit from two modern bathrooms, both equipped with showers and the luxury of floor heating. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and a separate freezer (99L), making self-catering easy for a large group. Pets are welcome in this non-smoking house. The large exterior space offers a fantastic blend of play and relaxation. Children will love the playground tower with two swings, while adults can relax in the large, closed courtyard, perfect for sheltered sunbathing and enjoying meals cooked on the garden grill. The property is situated 2.0 km from a grocery store and 2.5 km from the nearest restaurant. It even includes a garage and oil heating for comfort. This large cottage is also well-suited for groups of craftsmen. Please note that to maintain the tranquil atmosphere, the home is not rented out to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
