Set on a one-kilometre-long riverfront estate with private forest and parkland, this Art Nouveau villa was lovingly restored by artist TM Rotschönberg. Once part of a silver smelter and later a paper mill, the villa now welcomes guests to its tranquil grounds and elegant interiors.

The spacious second floor spans 200 m² and includes four bedrooms, a large kitchen, a cozy living room, and a club room with a pool table, organ, and library. Custom-designed furniture enhances the villa’s artistic flair. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the Mulde bike path, hike through silver-mining landscapes, or simply relax by the river. Bicycles are available for scenic rides through forest trails.

Nearby attractions include paddle steamer trips to Saxon Switzerland, Augustusburg Castle, and the Freiberg Mining Museum.
